RESOLUTION NO. 2005-312
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF CLASS I AIRCRAFT RESCUE AND FIRE
FIGHTING VEHICLE FOR WATERLOO REGIONAL
•
AIRPORT.
s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-311, specifications, form of
• contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Class I Aircraft Rescue and
(A Fire Fighting Vehicle for Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City
o "of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
N -after the hearing prescribed by statute.
— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
•WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
-=approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
