co That the bid of Professional Lawn Care, L.L.C. of Waterloo,
for Option E in the amount of $41 . 75 per acre and to B & B
Lawncare, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for Option A in the amount of
$35 . 95 per acre, Option D in the amount of $22 . 00 per acre and
Option F in the amount of $42 . 00 per hour for 2005 Right-of-Way
Mowing, " described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
t-h s Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the "lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
