RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
- HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF MIKE MEYER FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "R-3, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR
-- PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF
SOUTHLAND DRIVE AND SERGEANT ROAD FOR THE
• e- PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A NEW 6, 000 SQUARE
,A _ FOOT PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING FOR
e GOVERNMENT USE, AS MAY 9, 2005, AT 5: 30 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS 1 the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet- in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterlog, IoWa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 9th day of May, 2005, for the
purpose_ of considering the request of Mike Meyer for a site plan
amendment --to the "R-3, R-P" Planned Residence District for
property generally located at the corner of Southland Drive and
Sergeant Road for the purpose of constructing a new 6, 000 square
foot professional office building for government use, legally
described as follows :
Southland Park Third Addition Lot C-4, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
