WATERRLOE , IOWA, that the Construction Plans for Storm Sewer
Extension for Ekho Ridge Condominiums, as submitted by Wayne
Cla_ass-en Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
Sewage- Treatment Agreement with Department of Natural Resources,
be _ 4,nci the same are hereby approved and Mayor authorized to
execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
