BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Professional Lawn Care, L.L.C. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for Option E for the 2005 Right-of-Way Mowing and from B & B
Lawn Care, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for Options A, D and F, in the
City yof. Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 18th day of April,
2005j together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Bonding
C¢xripany (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, for Professional Lawn Care,
L.L.C. and signed by State Farm Fire and Casualty Company of
Bloomington, Illinois, for B & B Lawn Care, Inc. , as surety
