RESOLUTION NO. 2005-324
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM GALLAGHER
BENEFIT SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID PROPOSAL BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the proposal dated April 18, 2005 for consulting services to
• perform an assessment of the city' s health plan to assess
rajected expected total costs for the fiscal year beginning July
l, '2006, at a cost of $7, 500 . 00, plus travel costs, by and between
Gallagher Benefit Services of Greenwood Village, Colorado, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
cA the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
