RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
MOBILEMONEY, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
'-• SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that. the Lease Agreement dated April 18, 2005, to provide an ATM
• machine at the Waterloo Regional Airport at a cost of $150 . 00 per
<., month for 6 months, with the Airport to receive $1 . 00 per month
c peer transaction, by and between MOBILEMONEY, Inc. , and the City
roof Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
,;; Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
T Wate-rloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
