< RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH EARTH TECH, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
H AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
yBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated April 18, 2005, to the
Processional Services Agreement, in conjunction with U. S. 63
Corridor Study, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
• and ,:the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
- ' of'_:the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
