RESOLUTION DEDICATING EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ON VACATED PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON LOGAN AVENUE AT THE
MULLAN AVENUE INTERSECTION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, FOR
UTILITY PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
That part of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) , Block Sixty-
five (65) , Cooley Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Ten (10) in
said Block Sixty-five (65) ; thence East along the North
line of said Lot Ten (10) to point which is Thirty-five
(35) feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot Ten
(10) ; thence Southwesterly to a point on the South line
of said Lot Ten (10) which is Fifty-eight and Sixty-six
Hundredths (58 . 66) feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Lot Ten (10) ; thence continuing Southwesterly
along the last described course a distance of Twenty-
one and Sixty-seven Hundredths (21 . 67) feet; thence
Northwesterly Forty-four and Twenty-eight Hundredths
(44 . 28) feet to a point on the South line of said Lot
