RESOLUTION APPROVING ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY APPLICATION
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
s ., s DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ci > that the Adopt-A-Highway Application, to allow the Cedar Valley
<Lions Club to pick up litter within State Right-of-Way from the
- Highway 20/U. S. 63 overpass south two miles, from January 1, 2005
=_through January 1, 2007, by and between Iowa Department of
7--',Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
--hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005.
