NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Main Street Waterloo
to hold Cinco De Mayo Festival on May 7, 2005, from 4 : 00 p.m. to
10 : 00 p.m. , on West 4th Street near LaPlacita Grocery, be and the
_ same is hereby approved.
