RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
s CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2005 US 218/11TH
: STREET TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT

- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o lhieretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
`;,sa%d City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
w contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005 US 218/11th Street Traffic
Safety Improvements, Contract No. 671, in the City of Waterloo,
7Ipwa, and
L.1 WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
s jd preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the F.Y. 2005 US 218/11th Street Traffic Safety Improvements,
contract No. 671, which were preliminarily approved on April 4,
2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 25,
_ 2-005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005 US 218/11th Street
Traffic Safety Improvements, Contract No. 671, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005 .
