BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
1; in the amount of $41, 937 . 53, for the Replacement of Hangar Roof
E±id Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport, described in the
40 plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, after public hearing on published notice required
.':by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
e eceived for said work.

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
— 4,mprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
