RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINA
RY
PLAT AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF DRYDEN MINOR

COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 25th day of April

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Dryden Minor
Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005 .
