C NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF DRYDEN MINOR PLAT, ALL
s n '-' IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,

WHEREAS, on this 25th day of April, 2005, at a regular
i eting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
R -Final Plat of Dryden Minor Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
-Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
:and-,,has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
aildd -Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
r \ceive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Dryden Minor Plat,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are
hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their
signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005.
