RESOLUTION NO. 2005-350
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
E WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT ANDo
s NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF AUDUBON PARK SIXTH
ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
s -1 H HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 25th day of April, 2005, at a regular
c meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Final , Plat of Audubon Park Sixth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
and_ Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Audubon Park Sixth
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005.
