714 RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WENDELL LUPKES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
° hat the agreement dated April 25, 2005, to lease city property
-generally located north of Shaulis Road between Prescott' s Creek
o -and Southland Park Subdivision at a cost of $100 . 00 per year to
-be used for baling purposes, by and between Wendell Lupkes of
--Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
:behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
