7 H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• < that the Encroachment Agreement dated April 25, 2005 for property
o .ocated at 614 Lakeside Street for access to utility easement,
=regally described as follows :
w North 6. 6 feet of the East 22 feet of the West 28 . 8 of
the platted 8 foot wide easement that lies North of and
parallel to the South line of Lot 55 of Hollingsworth
- -- Second Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
by and between Edna Hughes of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
;Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
.,- _authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.

RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SERVICE
i ¢ ROOFING COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• _ that the contract dated April 25, 2005 for Replacement of Hangar
(.1 ' Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport at a cost of
$41, 937 . 53, by and between Service Roofing Company of Waterloo,
ti Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
w - approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
