BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
sha rlCD meet in the Gymnasium at Longfellow School, 233 Edwards
gtreet, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th
s " of May, 2005 for the purpose of considering and acting upon

proposed repairs in conjunction with the Sidewalk Inspection and
= Repair Program - Zone 5 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
