VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.

c WHEREAS, Amy Davis, is having a surprise party to be held at
• ' 1298 St . Andrews Avenue, including a live band, and

WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
- Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Amy Davis has made formal application for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, on May 28,
;> 2005 from 6: 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Amy Davis, for a variance to

surprise party to be held at 1298 St. Andrews Avenue on May 28,
