IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA_ti ,-.the Amendment to Fiscal Year 2005 Consolidated Plan One-Year
Action Plan to reallocate funds from Fiscal Years 2004 and 2005,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
submit same to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
