RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HOMELAND SECURITY AND
=-4 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`:fia the amendment to grant agreement dated May 2, 2005, with the
o ;.city to use $371, 109. 00 and the remaining $492, 449. 00 to be
retained by the Homeland Security and Emergency Management
1-0 <Division to purchase services to assist the city with
,_ implementing the Fusion Center Concept on behalf of LEIN Region
772 in conjunction with F. Y. 2004 Law Enforcement Terrorism
_"`Prevention Program, by and between Iowa Homeland Security and
_,Emergency Management Division, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
-aild the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
e'xecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
