RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH C & S
< CAR COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
s ;, 1 AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tat the one-year lease agreement dated May 2, 2005, to provide a
c 20-05 Mazda MPV van to be used by the School Resource Officer
-Program at the Police Department, at no cost to the City, by and
between C & S Car Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Wa-erloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
4 _authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
A' PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
