RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF OLA RHODES ADDITION,
7 c ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, on this 2nd day of May, 2005, at a regular meeting
N :of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat
df; -Ola Rhodes Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was
presented for approval, and
- WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
:fin;¢--has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
_and Zoning Commission, and
H. 7 WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
'reeeive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Ola Rhodes
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
