RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

.� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated May 2, 2005, to finance the purchase of
o Morris Printing located at 312-316, 324 and 326 West Park Avenue
.for $39, 000 . 00, plus appraisal cost of $1, 250 . 00, taxes due of
approximately $3, 484 . 00, and demolition of the building at an
estimated cost of $25, 000 . 00, with the purchase price and
demolition cost to draw interest at 3 percent until closing which
will occur prior to June 30, 2005, by and between Waterloo
Development Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Qa,terloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
a horized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
d'owa.
