RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HARVEST VINEYARD CHURCH AND DIRECTING
s ` EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the agreement dated May 2, 2005, to lease property located
at; 303 Jefferson Street at a cost of $1, 400 . 00 per month, by and
_between Harvest Vineyard Church of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
_Iojaa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005.
