CLEANUP REVOLVING LOAN AGREEMENT WITH THE
U. S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND
s C DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that. the amendment dated May 2, 2005, to Brownfields Cleanup
wr'j Revolving Loan agreement to allow for redevelopment activities
including low or no interest loans or subgrants to eligible
entities for environmental cleanup of brownfields properties
citywide, by and between the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency,
arrd the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of- the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
