RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
Q ti WATERLOO IMPLEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year lease agreement dated May 2, 2005, to provide a
pull behind mower at a cost of $3, 000 . 00 and a riding mower at a
cost of $3, 500 . 00, by and between Waterloo Implement of Waterloo,
_Id iva, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby

approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
