DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
s EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t1iat the agreement dated May 2, 2005, for Federal Aviation
(, Administration grant in the amount of $627, 000. 00, to be used for
thy: purchase of Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting q g (ARFF) vehicle
for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the U. S.
�. , Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be

execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
