RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH E-ONE,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• - that the agreement dated May 2, 2005, in conjunction with the
-Purchase of Class I Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Vehicle for
f `,=Waterloo Regional Airport, at a cost of $655, 695 . 00, by and
between E-One, Inc. of Ocala, Florida, and the City of Waterloo,
w -Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
"authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
-Iowa.
• PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
