Sys RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID MOWING AND LOT CLEANUP FEES IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 (3) (h) allows municipalities
_to_ certify unpaid mowing and lot cleanup fees to the benefited
• ;property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
-THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same
is: hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County
`"Treasurer all unpaid mowing and lot cleanup fees as contained in
the attached schedule now on file in the City Clerk' s office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2005 .
