=� RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO WATERLOO
s s MEMORIAL BOARD TO HOLD ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY
PARADE ON MAY 30, 2005 .

WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Board has made written
pplication to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
c permitted to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30,
';' 2005, and

• WHEREAS, said parade will start at 10 :30 a.m. , with route
Starting from the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot traveling west on
ommercial Street to Park Avenue, north to Mulberry Street, east
=to 5th Street, then south to Memorial Hall .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to
Waterloo Memorial Board to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on May
30, 2005 beginning at 10 : 30 a.m. with route starting from the
Wells Fargo Bank parking lot traveling west on Commercial Street
to Park Avenue, north to Mulberry Street, east to 5th Street, then
south to Memorial Hall .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
