RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF THE WATERLOO
73` o JAYCEES TO HOLD FIREWORKS FESTIVAL ON JULY 2 ,

WHEREAS, the Waterloo Jaycees have requested to hold
Fireworks Festival on July 2 , 2005 from 6 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00
midnight, with events to be held at Veterans Memorial Park,
Fourth Street Bridge, Soldiers and Sailors Park, and lot along
4th Street in front of Courier and Sixth Street Bridge .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of the Waterloo Jaycees to hold
Fireworks Festival on July 2 , 2005 from 6 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00
midnight, with events to be held at Veterans Memorial Park,
Fourth Street Bridge, Soldiers and Sailors Park, and lot along
4th Street in front of Courier and Sixth Street Bridge, be and
the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
