RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.•
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'tha the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 9, 2005, to
provide grant writing for Revitalize Iowa' s Sound Economy (RISE)
application to provide access point off of Ansborough Avenue in
cgnj unction with VGM Company office expansion, by and between
Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
