NO. 671, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of KWS Electric Inc . of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for
US 218/W 11th Street Traffic Safety Improvement, Contract No.
671, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 9tri
day of May, 2005, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by United Fire &
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
