d RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON
CONTROLS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
J - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 9, 2005, in the amount of
$15 , 000 . 00 , to perform a life-cycle analysis of capital equipment
in five city buildings with results to be returned to the City of
Waterloo as a complete document with recommendations, by and
between Johnson Controls of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of
STifaterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
2 authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
