DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED)

AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the agreement dated May 9, 2005, for HOME Investment
Partnership Program funds in the amount of $100 , 000 . 00 , for
homeownership assistance to 10 households, by and between Iowa
Development of Economic Development (IDED) , and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
