RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT
--' AGREEMENT WITH POYNETTE DEVELOPMENT LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

74, 1-, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

'that the Addendum to Development Agreement dated May 9, 2005, to
'7;dhange date of closing to read May 2005 rather than May 12 , 2005
to construct 16, 625 square foot Fed Ex Ground Development at
MidPort Industrial Park on part of Lot 12 , Plat No. 2 , by and
between Poynette Development LLC of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
