BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-that the Agreement dated May 9, 2005, in the amount of $2 , 500 . 00
to perform Phase II Soil and Groundwater Testing on Lot 11 and
Lot 12 in MidPort America Plat No. 2 , by and between Maxim

- Technologies of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
