< HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE CITY OF
c WATERLOO BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR
. 7- 2005 AS MAY 23 , 2005, AT 5 :30 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
_ CITY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.

c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
N -Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. , on the 23rd day of May, 2005, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the
current budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2005, by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
appropriations .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2005 .
