RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM WILLIAM
DEDIC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
o William Dedic to burn approximately 200 ' x 100 ' area of prairie
grass generally located at 2767 and 2761 Deere Road from the
period of May - June 2005, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
