INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF

A WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
mee4 .in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the 6th day of June, 2005, for the
purpose_ of considering and acting upon an application of Huff
Rentals to rezone from "R-2" Residential District to "R-4 , C-Z"
Conditional Zoning District property generally located at 1310
Grandview Avenue and legally described as follows :
- An unplatted part of the Northeast 14 of the Southwest 1/,
of Section 14 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the
'$th P.M. , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows : Commencing at a point 433 feet North of
the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/, Northeast 14,
Southwest 4 of said section 14 ; thence East 110 feet to
the point of beginning; thence South 100 feet; thence
East 100 feet ; thence North 100 feet; thence West 100
feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
