" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
That the Agreement dated May 16, 2005, allowing MidAmerican
:Energy Company to publicize the city' s participation in the
ry EnergyAdvantage Energy Efficiency Program, by and between
:iMi'dAmerican Energy Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
(A the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
