RESOLUTION NO. 2005-429
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
A WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the agreement dated May 16, 2005, for an
increase in Enforcing Underage Drinking Law grant from $1, 000 . 00
c to $2 , 000 . 00 to use for officer overtime and informant costs to
e complete compliance checks on businesses in Waterloo, by and
between Iowa Department of Human Services and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
