RESOLUTION NO. 2005-430
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MANPOWER,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the two-year Agreement dated May 16, 2004 , to provide
parking cashier services at the West 5th Street/Convention Center
ramp at a cost of $8 . 28 per hour, by and between Manpower, Inc .
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
