Cy RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PAR MAR
s d SECURITY AND RESEARCH CORP. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
s --4 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the two-year Agreement dated May 16, 2004 , to provide
rc security services in and around the East 5th Street Ramp, East
,
Park Avenue Ramp, West Side Parking Ramp and the Fourth Street
Bridge Walkway at a cost of $11 . 30 per hour, by and between Par
H Mar Security and Research Corp. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
NWaterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
:authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
- Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
