RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH NEW WORLD
SYSTEMS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 16, 2005, in the amount of $3 , 200 . 00
to provide customer billing and accounts receivable training, by
co -_-and between New World Systems, Inc . and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
