s SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS COMPANY OF DAVENPORT, IOWA

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_ghat the Agreement dated May 16, 2005, in the amount of
rv ;1$0, 000 . 00 to perform a Traffic Communications Infrastructure
Study, by and between Traffic Systems Solutions Company of
,�a, Davenport, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is herebyapproved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2005 .
