RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2005 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in
c the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
c Iowa at 5 :30 p.m. , on the 23 day of May,
of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the for
currentpurpose budget
for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005,
by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure appropriations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Amendment of the current budget
for the City of Waterloo, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
