RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF VOGEL MINOR PLAT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, on this 23rd day of May, 2005, at a regular meeting
(, of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
c Preliminary Plat of Vogel Minor Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk
-County, Iowa, was presented for approval ; and

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
tcx' and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Vogel Minor
Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolutions .
